Education / Qualification:

  • Minimum Graduation or equivalent from a local or international university/college/institute recognized by the Higher Education Commission (HEC) with at least 70% marks or a minimum CGPA of 3.00.
  • Candidates having a Master’s Degree and/or any other relevant professional qualification in Business, Banking, Commerce, Finance, Actuarial Sciences, Law, etc., will be preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (MIS qualification might be preferred).
  • 1-2 years of experience in MIS or a similar role (experience in the banking sector could be a plus). Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in MS Office Suite and database management systems.
  • Working knowledge of relevant banking technologies would be beneficial.

Experience:

  • Up to 1 year of banking experience is preferred.

Outline of Main Duties / Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with relevant stakeholders for automated report generation for Non-Performing Loan (NPL) accounts.
  • Support and provide backup for recovery units assigned to handle collections.
  • Analyze and follow-up on NPL accounts against the assigned portfolio and monitor the progress of recoveries on a fortnightly/monthly/quarterly basis.
  • Devise recovery strategies for accounts assigned to the unit with coordination of the wing head.
  • Liaise with the legal office to ensure proper follow-up on accounts assigned to the unit.
  • Assist in preparing dashboards and control methodologies.
  • Develop relevant MIS related to portfolio progress on a monthly basis for management review.
  • Assist the supervisor in preparing presentations for senior management as and when required.
  • Generate pertinent reports as and when required.
  • Liaise with Regional Offices for recovery of NPLs.
  • Ensure compliance with all external (State Bank of Pakistan’s Prudential Regulations) and internal (Credit Policies, etc.) regulatory requirements.
  • Perform any other assignment as assigned by the supervisor(s).

  • Detail-oriented and attentive to detail.
  • Proficient in MS Office.
